Today I am writing this blog probably more for myself then you. The Kindness Walk, June 3, 2018 to June 29, 2018, from Long Beach, California to Las Vegas, Nevada, is approaching fast. Am I the only one who feels as something is getting closer, I find myself becoming more anxious? There are so many things to do yet, and time is approaching like a freight-train. This coming week, I have staff coming in to take a “defining trip”, to make sure we know every step along the way and a day by day detail of where we will be and what time.
I guess I need to learn to depend more on all those around me as this has become an incredible monster, one which we will conquer, but I would be less then truthful if I didn’t share I have some fear of the unknown. I need to remember my mantra....Even a blind man can see that one act of kindness makes the world a better place...and that world begins with you.
